To integrate OnTheMonee with foundU:
- Ensure both foundU and OnTheMonee platforms are open.
- Copy the URL from the foundU platform and navigate back to the OnTheMonee platform.

Within the OnTheMonee platform, select the foundU integration and enter your foundU URL into the Domain field and select Submit.

How long does it take for the data from foundU to start flowing across to OnTheMonee?
Basically, as soon as an organisation connects, OnTheMonee will retrieve data for the onboarding process (such as locations, work areas, employees, etc.).
How often does the data from foundU to OnTheMonee sync?
OnTheMonee has a heartbeat connection. When someone is logged into our portal, we call a simple route to check we are still authenticated.
Data is only retrieved on demand, meaning when you want to add new employees, make updates, or sync timesheets to pay out tips.
When using OnTheMonee, how are tips reported to the ATO, and how are they taxed?
When you use OnTheMonee, tips are paid to your employees through OnTheMonee's digital wallet, but they aren't reported to the ATO via STP.
Tips must be reported separately by your employees when completing their tax returns. OnTheMonee's reporting center can assist with keeping track of all tips sent to employees for a financial year.
Similarly, as the tips are processed externally to foundU, they will not be included on your employee's payslip and will not be included in the tax calculation.
