The integration with foundU will add new employees to your Allara Global account and allow you to assign training based on department. When courses are completed, that will be reflected in foundU with the employee having a new qualification on their profile.

Allara Global FAQs

How long does the integration take to set up?

It will take about 4 weeks from when you sign up with Allara Global to configure the platforms to work with each other. 

What happens when employees are terminated in foundU?

Those employees are then deactivated in Allara Global.

How can I make Allara more accessible for my employees to access?

We would suggest adding your Allara login URL to the Employee App using the Resources feature in foundU. This will eliminate the hassle of sifting through numerous emails by providing your team with swift access to Allara within the Employee App.

When I add a new employee to foundU, how long will it take for them to be available in Allara Global?

All new employees are added to Allara once a day. 

Can courses hosted in Allara Global be used in my foundU onboarding?

Whilst Allara courses cannot be directly embedded into your onboarding, you can highlight to your team to expect an email from Allara to access their role specific training. We recommend that your employees complete Onboarding, and then complete their inductions once they are fully onboarded.

Do completion certificates push across to foundU?

Yes. A completion certificate will populate as a qualification on the employee's profile when they successfully complete the training.
