Scout Talent simplifies the hiring process, improves candidate sourcing, and provides data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
An integration with Scout Talent can assist your business with:

- Welcome emails are sent to successful candidates as soon as they are added to the foundU system.
The integration between Scout Talent and foundU is managed and includes support from the Scout Talent team throughout the entire setup process, ensuring a fast and easy experience.
Once you’ve contacted your Scout Talent support or customer success representative, the process will look like the following:
- Scout Talent will prepare your Integration - which typically takes a few days
- Set up a call for final authorisation and integration test.
- Go-Live! - Once testing is complete, your integration is Live and Scout Talent will monitor your integration for the first few weeks to ensure it's all working as intended or to fine-tune any requirements. Your integration is then all set!

Once you have a successful candidate/s, you will need to push them from foundU to Scout Talent. This step is performed after the Initial Integration between the 2 systems. If you have not yet done this, please use the instructions above.

Pushing successful candidates from Scout Talent to foundU
To push successful candidates:
- First, ensure you have both your Scout Talent and foundU platforms open.
- In Scout Talent, navigate to a current job via your Job Board or Candidate list. Select the relevant Job title you are looking to move a candidate from.
- From the list of all candidates that have applied for this role, select the name of the candidate that you wish to push into foundU.
- Within the candidate profile, scroll down to the Activities tab and select the 'Export to foundU' option.

Update any candidate details if necessary and choose whether you would like to send a welcome email to the candidate. Once complete, select Submit.
- You will be directed back to the candidate profile letting you know that the request has been successfully processed.
- In foundU, you will now see your candidate from Scout Talent listed in the People > Pending People page ready to commence the onboarding process.
