Accessing our Services Team for help with Payroll, Admin, Training or Award building
Sometimes you need a little extra help, and that's fine! You can access the foundU Services team to support and save time when needed.
Whether it’s some help with data entry, a task for our development team to assist with changing details in bulk, or payroll processing assistance through the holiday period – we can help!
How does it work?
- Fill in the appropriate form - We can then direct your request to the right place!
- We'll provide you with a Quote - You can then review and accept it!
- We will get the job done and add the fee to your next invoice!
These services won’t change the support you already get from our Help team and your Customer Success Manager, however, tasks above our standard offering will incorporate a fee. This means we can track, action and manage these tasks much more efficiently for you by our expert team.

If you don’t have the time to get your data in order, we understand and can help! foundU Admin Services provides 2 tiers of data entry options to choose from:

- General Administration tasks - This covers basic data entry that doesn’t require any platform or payroll expertise. This could be anything from ‘cleaning up data’ for imports to setting up multiple rosters in the system.
- Advanced Administration tasks - This covers any data entry work that requires a degree of platform or industry expertise.

- We support customer-driven award configuration but realise in some instances you may require additional help.
- We offer pre-set summaries and templates for certain Awards but will require you to review the interpretation and provide written confirmation for these to be used in your platform.
- Where pre-set summaries are not available, you are required to provide us with the necessary interpretation.
- We offer 15-minute consultations to help you understand the rules once they are implemented on your platform. However, we cannot provide any advice on interpreting the rules.
- We will always encourage you to test and confirm any awards using the Award test feature.
Award services Use cases
- You need one of our pre-set summary Awards built into your platform.
- You need a Custom Award built into your platform.
