Why Integrate foundU and Recruit Wizard?
An integration with foundU and Recruit Wizard can streamline your business in by:

The integration between Recruit Wizard and foundU is managed and includes support from the Recruit Wizard team. To connect Recruit Wizard with your foundU platform, you'll first need to have an account with them. Sign up if you have not already, by booking a demo with one of their team!
Once your account has been set up, you can connect the initial integration.
To connect foundU and Recruit Wizard:
- Select here to be taken to the foundU integration page within Recruit Wizard, you'll need to be signed in to your Recruit Wizard platform.
- From the Available Integrations page, select the foundU button.
- In the top-right corner, select Connect.
- Next, enter your subdomain and then select Connect.
Tip: You can find your foundU subdomain while logged into foundU by checking the URL address bar. The subdomain is the word before foundu.com.au. For example, the subdomain of 'training.foundu.com.au' would be "training". - If prompted, enter your foundU login credentials and select Sign In.
- On the authorisation screen, confirm permission to connect foundU & Recruit Wizard and then Continue Integration.
Your integration will now be connected.
From time to time, you'll need to sync your successful candidates from Recruit Wizard so they are accessible to you in foundU.
Please note: This step is performed after the Initial Integration between the 2 systems. If you have not yet done this, please use the instructions above.
To push candidates from Rrecruit Wizard to foundU:
- Navigate to the successful candidate's profile in Recruit Wizard.
- Select the Workflow button in the top-right, and select Export to foundU from the drop-down.
- The successful candidate will now push across to foundU, bringing their name, email, mobile, and resume.
Once in foundU, all candidates from Recruit Wizard will receive the foundU welcome email and be able to set a password and complete their onboarding.
