Workforce Numbers & Wage Cost Reporting

The below guide shows how you can report on your:

  • Total workforce numbers including casual vs salaried staff

Exporting casual workforce number and details:

1. Navigate to People > Approved people this will display all of your existing employees

2. Use show filter to select casuals employment type

3. Select all (note you may have to select all for all your pages if you have multiple)

4. Then in bulk actions select Export and from the options select Employee ID, Full Name, Position, (and any other relevant fields) and Export CSV

5. Open the CSV and you will note your total casuals at the bottom e.g. 150, you can also further filter by positions etc as needed.

Exporting salaried workforce number and details:

Repeat for your salaried staff:

1. Navigate to People > Approved people this will display all of your existing employees

2. Use show filter to select salaried employment type

3. Select all (note you may have to select all for all your pages if you have multiple)

4. Then in bulk actions select Export and from the options select Employee ID, Full Name, Position, (and any other relevant fields) and Export CSV

5. Open the CSV and you will note your total Salaried at the bottom e.g. 7, you can also further filter by positions etc as needed.

Find out wage costs per employment type

1. To run this report you'll need to have permissions to access Payroll>Pay> Payslips tab

2. Use the additional filter tab an select your desired employment type e.g. casuals ( you can also apply additional filters such as Operation, Office code etc)

3. Select your desired employees and select Bulk Actions> Export all filtered. Select the data that you would like e.g. Rates/ Salary ( you can also save your search options as a search template).

4. Review your information as required
