Terms and Conditions Acceptance Report

To view a report on employees on who have/ haven't read and acknowledged any of your documents (e.g. terms and conditions, acknowledgements, policies etc):

1. Go to Reports, Workforce Report Centre.

2. Select Terms and Conditions Acceptance.


3. Select the criteria for your report.

  • Employee: Select specific employees or leave blank to view all.
  • Employee status: Filter via Approved, Unverified (Pending), Declined, Archived or leave on All
  • T&C: Select your specific document/policy you wish to check the status for, or leave blank to view all.

4. Click Submit. You can also export the report o CSV, PDF or Print.
