foundU is integrated with the Department of Home Affairs which helps run automatic visa checks, once it is initially triggered by an admin user.

Visa management in foundU:

1. Employees submit their details during onboarding (name, DOB, passport information, visa type etc).

2. In foundU you'll need to first click the button called eligible for the visa check. This will trigger visa checking and will continue to run visa checks based on your frequency.

  • A result will  then be shown e.g. Accepted, Error, Expired.

3. Once the first check is run, the platform will automatically run the check every 2 weeks. Emails will be sent to both the employee and the person who ran the check with updates i.e. upcoming expirys.

Reports can also be viewed of visa status' at any point.
