Employee Records - Onboarding Report

Onboarding records are collected in the Employee Profile via:

 Employee Records > Record Type = Onboarding.

This allows you to add a file to an employee for example:

  • Interview or Reference notes
  • Health and Safety incidents and reports
  • Training transcripts and certificates.



To view a report on o=Onboarding activities:

1. In the quickmenu navigate to Reports > Workforce Reports.

2. Select Employee Record - Onboarding Report.

3. Apply any filters of criteria to view, or leave blank to view all.

4. Click Generate.

5. The report can be exported to .csv or PDF.



Please note that you cannot add a record type.

You can either use the Other category or if you don't need to upload a document see the comment types as an alternative.
