Onboarding records are collected in the Employee Profile via:
Employee Records > Record Type = Onboarding.
This allows you to add a file to an employee for example:
- Interview or Reference notes
- Health and Safety incidents and reports
- Training transcripts and certificates.
To view a report on o=Onboarding activities:
1. In the quickmenu navigate to Reports > Workforce Reports.
2. Select Employee Record - Onboarding Report.
3. Apply any filters of criteria to view, or leave blank to view all.
4. Click Generate.
5. The report can be exported to .csv or PDF.
