Every time you generate payslips there is an option to 'submit data to the ATO' via the foundU STP gateway 'immediately' or 'later'.
If you choose 'later', the pending submissions will move to Payroll > Single Touch Payroll waiting for you to review and submit.
If you forget to submit data, reminder emails are sent Mon/Wed/Fri at 9.30 am until submitted.
You can control who receive these reminder emails in your user settings:
1. In the quick menu, select the hamburger icon to open the full menu and navigate to Platform Settings > Users and select the ... next to Admin user employees name and choose Edit User.
Select the toggle for 'Can receive STP reminder email' to 'On' and Update User. Repeat for each user that you would like to have this setting.
