To reset an employee's Clock App passcode.
1. Navigate to People >Approved People and locate the desired employee or search for your employee using the search bar in the top right, and click on their name to go into their profile.
2. Click 'Login as XXX' to login to the employee portal.
3. On a computer select the View Profile in the top menu and select the Clock Passcode button.
If directing employees on a mobile device, they'll first have to select the hamburger icon first, then View profile and then select the Clock Passcode button.
4. Enter the new passcode and click Change Passcode.
The employee can Clock In/Out using the Employee ID seen below (this cannot be changed) and the new passcode.
