You are able to manage clients from CRM > Contacts and select your desired contact.


To add a client note:

  1. Click Add under the Notes section to add a comment to the contact’s profile, and select Add to save.


To edit or delete a client note:

  1. Click on the note entered and a pop up will appear, select Edit  and the information required. And click Save.
  2. To delete a client note, select the bin red bin icon next to the note.
