You may need to manually create a timesheet for an employee, for example where:

  • When an employee works without a job being set up in the system, you'll need to create a job timesheet.
  • When an employee works without being rostered, you'll need to create a unattached timesheet.

To manually create a timesheet which needs to be submitted by an employee:

1. In the quick menu navigate to Time & Attendance> Timesheets

2. Under the Unattached Timesheet tab, complete the relevant details:

  1. Client = Operation
  2. Location
  3. Position
  4. Any allowances
  5. Find the employee to allocate the timesheet to.
  6. Check rate.
  7. Select the Week Ending to create the timesheet.
  8. Click Create Timesheet 

Under the Unattached Timesheet tab, complete the relevant details:

  2. Location
  3. Position
  4. Any allowances
  5. Find the employee to allocate the timesheet to.
  6. Check rate.
  7. Select the Week Ending to create the timesheet.
  8. Click Create Timesheet

Note: The timesheet will now be available for the employee to submit from their employee portal.

You can also submit the timesheet on behalf of the employee in Time & Attendance, Timesheets.

To create a timesheet that is associated with a specific job (employee does not need to submit).

1. In the quick menu navigate to Time & Attendance> Timesheets

2. Under the Job Timesheet tab, complete the relevant details:

  1. Client = Operation
  2. Job
  3. Employee
  4. Rate
  5. Period ending (to create a timesheet).

3. Click Create Timesheet.

The timesheet will now appear in Timesheets as Accepted.

And the employee will be notified, in their Employee Profile that a timesheet is not required.
