Add a comment to an Operation profile

You're able to add a comment in an Operation's profile (Clients profile/ Venue profile)

To add a comment:

  1. In the quick menu select Operations Approved Operations.
  2. Click the Operation’s name to access their profile.
  3. Under the Comments section, select a category from the drop down, type in your comment and click the + icon.



If you would like to create a new comment category:

1. Navigate to Platform Settings > Comment Types

2. Here you can edit an existing category or you can Add New category

3. The new category will now display in the Comments sections


Reporting on Comments:

These comments can be reported on via Reports >Business >  Manager Activity Report

For more detailed records, use the CRM tab at the top of their profile.
