Employee and Operation profile comments or notes

Adding comments to profiles

You can easily add comments (or notes) to Employee and Operation profiles. These comments can only seen by admins (employee's/clients cannot see these). Additionally if you need to store documents or write extended comments you can do so in Employee records.

You can also customise your comment types to make it easier for reporting purposes.

 

Add a comment to an Employee

You're able to add in comments in an employee's profile

  1. In the quick menu select People Approved People.
  2. Click the Employee’s name to access their profile.
  3. Under the Comments section, select a comment category from the drop down, type in your comment and click the + icon.
    • If you need to add in a file or need more space for comments these can be added in Employee records > choose a category button e.g. Onboarding and add in the details and save.

Add a comment to an Operation

You're able to add a comment in an Operation's profile

To add a comment:

  1. In the quick menu select Operations Approved Operations. 
  2. Click the Operation’s name to access their profile.
  3. Under the Comments section, select a category from the drop down, type in your comment and click the + icon.

Customise or Archive your comment category for reporting

If you would like to create a new comment category:

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings > Comment Types
  2. Here you can edit an existing category or you can Add New category and Save.
  3. The new category will now display in the Comments sections

To archive comment types that are no longer used:

  1. Navigate to Platform Settings > Comment Types
  2. Here you can edit an existing category and select Archive.
  3. The new category will still display but the Archive column will say 'yes' and the category will no longer be available to be chosen when adding in comments.

Reporting on Comments:

These comments can be reported on via Reports > Business >  Manager Activity Report by filtering by client comments

For more detailed records, use the CRM tab at the top of their profile.
