You're able to receive a basic payment, which updates the invoice status to paid.
For example if a client had access to Operations Portal, they can log in and see the outstanding invoices (over due) for payment.
To receive a payment (make the invoices status for a client as paid):
- In the quick menu, navigate to Invoicing > Debtor Management
- Select an Operation - find the profile using the dropdown list or use the search box to filter.
- Click Generate to view the available Operation invoices.
- Select the invoice/s to be received.
- Click Receive Payment.
