Receive a Payment

You're able to receive a basic payment, which updates the invoice status to paid.

For example if a client had access to Operations Portal, they can log in and see the outstanding invoices (over due) for payment.


To receive a payment (make the invoices status for a client as paid):

  1. In the quick menu, navigate to Invoicing > Debtor Management
  2. Select an Operation - find the profile using the dropdown list or use the search box to filter.
  3. Click Generate to view the available Operation invoices.
  4. Select the invoice/s to be received.
  5. Click Receive Payment.
